When the old codes left the RBI list
The merger took effect on 2017-04-01, but that is not the day the old codes stopped appearing in the RBI branch list. 1,974 of the State Bank of Hyderabad codes were still in the list in release 1.0.10, published 2017-10-10 — 6 months after the merger. They are absent from release 1.0.11 (2017-11-20) onward.
3 codes had already left the list by the merger date, so their withdrawal was not the merger itself.
