This page explains what ifscdesk.com collects and why.

What we never collect

This site never asks for an account number, card number, PIN, OTP, password or any other banking credential. There is no login and no account to create.

Search

What you type into the search box is sent to our server so results can be returned. We do not tie search terms to an individual.

Server logs

Like every website, our server keeps ordinary access logs: the page requested, the time, the browser, and the IP address. These are used for security and for fixing technical problems.

Cookies and advertising

This site may show Google advertisements. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.

Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons or IP addresses to collect information, as a result of ad serving on this website.

Your rights, and how to complain

If you believe personal information of yours appears on this site and should not, write to contact@ifscdesk.com. We will resolve the matter within 90 days of receiving your complaint. Grievance contact: Santosh Rathore.

Note that we deliberately do not publish branch telephone numbers, so in ordinary use this site carries no personal data at all.
