If something here looks wrong

Email us and include the address (URL) of the page. Everything on this site comes from the RBI's public branch list, published by Razorpay. If the error is in that original list we cannot correct it at source — but we will record it on the page so the next person knows.

If a transfer has gone wrong

We are not a bank and we have no access to your account. For any problem with a payment, contact your own bank directly. Under the RBI's NEFT rules, credit to a beneficiary account is released solely on the account number, so a payment problem is a matter between you and your bank.
